Absolutely! In fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as well as me focusing on your form and making sure none of the moves will injure you!
Not if you don't want to! An important goal for me is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout outside, I'll set up a plan for you. I also provide online consultations for at home workouts.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
